“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Put simply, the golden rule seeks the good of other people. But this requires a selfless willingness to sacrifice one’s own gain, a disposition hard to find among individuals and even harder to find in the business world. Eric Reynolds, a world-class entrepreneur, has the answer.
Eric's notion if history is severely flawed. Corporations did exist before the founding of our country. Additionally Eric is operating in a fantasy land when he asserts that the free market is not free of ethics or values. They may be free from the forced restraints of your particular brand of ethics and values, but to claim they are free from any and all restraints is to pretend that the actors in those markets are merely one-dimensional robots and not multi-dimensional flesh and bone human beings.
Oh, and no amount of bare assertions will make the man-made global warming more than an insidious anti-human myth.
