  • STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS - Sell what you love. You’ll not only sell creative solutions, you’ll help shape them, by creating demand for our media platform and events. This role reports to the Executive Director.

  • DIRECTOR OF MARKETING - We’re looking for a confident, collaborative leader to engage in tactical marketing activities for us. You’ll be focused on building brand value, awareness, and driving engagement with our family of brands. You’ll oversee strategies and execution that help educate and equip Christians to uniquely engage in this cultural moment.

  • SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER - We are looking for a savvy Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll support our email and social marketing efforts across Q Ideas’ brands. You’ll ensure we are publishing creative & innovative programming across our owned social media channels and will work closely with a variety of teams (Content Marketing, Graphic Design, Production, etc.) to implement social strategies and content. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will work closely and collaborate with our Editorial Content Manager.

  • EDITORIAL CONTENT DIRECTOR - Content development and curation are central to everything we do here at Q Ideas, and vital towards helping our audience best understand how to engage culture through a biblical worldview. In this role, you’ll strategically curate and implement our content through planning, creation, distribution, and measurement across Q Ideas’ platforms. You’ll also focus on concepting, crafting, and amplifying thought leadership, cultural commentary, and brand content across various multimedia on a multitude of issues. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will work closely and collaborate with our Social Media Manager and Content Curator.

  • GRAPHIC DESIGNER - Design at Q Ideas isn’t one discipline working in isolation. Far from it. Instead, you’ll work in unison with every team, thoughtfully infusing our user-centered strategy visually across all areas of our organization. In this role, you’ll influence art direction and development through collaboration with our brand, marketing, and content practices. We’re looking for a skilled designer to help aesthetically guide our users through a winsome experience across all our products and platforms. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will work closely and collaborate with both our Editorial Content Manager and Social Media Manager.

  • PRODUCER - Here’s your chance to technically work with content where no topic is off-limits, as we engage with complex cultural issues through a biblical lens. We’re looking for an enterprising podcast and virtual/video event producer to take our audio and video efforts to the next level. The producer will plan, produce, edit, and release weekly podcasts, as well as plan and manage regular virtual chats and events that are streamed live to our audience.

  • OFFICE & EVENTS COORDINATOR - We’re looking for a passionate individual who can make our organization operate smoothly by providing a full spectrum of broad-ranging support across our internal operations. You’ll be at the heart of our office’s operations and activities that keep our team moving forward. Working largely behind the scenes, you’ll be able to put your fingerprints all over our organizational procedures as you work closely with all our departments. This role reports to the VP of Operations.

  • Q FELLOWS - The Q Ideas Fellowship Program is a 9-12 month long leadership training program for college students or recent graduates who have a strong desire to engage our cultural moment and grow in a work experience.
