In March 2020, as the coronavirus pandemic began its spread through the United States, Andy Crouch and his colleagues at Praxis (Dave Blanchard and Kurt Keilhacker) made a stark prediction. In an essay for The Praxis Journal, they argued this pandemic wasn’t just something for leaders to “get through” for a few days or weeks—instead, it was “a once-in-a-lifetime change that is likely to affect our lives and organizations for years”.
